Patrick received his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in Florida, emphasizing advanced training in manual therapy techniques for the spine and extremities. Patrick moved to Grays Harbor in 1998, has been practicing at Harbor Physical Therapy since 2001, and has been a co-owner since 2003. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and he offers personalized strength and conditioning sessions for individuals and teams. Patrick utilizes his personal history of participation and coaching competitive sports as a motivational and tactical edge during his functional sports rehabilitation sessions.
Patrick is credentialed to perform Physical Capacity Evaluations using the Matheson System, and he also helped to implement a Stretch and Flex Program at local businesses. He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association Private Practice Section and Orthopedics and Sports Section as well as the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Patrick integrates Wilk sports injury protocols and McConnell taping techniques for the shoulder and knee, and his continuing education focus has been on spinal rehabilitation, sports functional training and performance.
