Liz grew up in Montesano and then headed to massage school, graduating from the Ashmead School of Massage in 2005, and achieved certification and licensure as a Massage Practitioner in 2005. She moved back to Grays Harbor and became a member of the Harbor Physical Therapy team in 2007.
During her treatment sessions she utilizes an assortment of massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, manual stretching, and myofascial release. Liz integrates these techniques to help a variety of clientele heal from acute and chronic injuries, for whole body relaxation and rejuvenation, and also has experience in sports massage.
Liz’s continuing education has focused on Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) and also Craniosacral Therapy. She has been an active member of the National Association of Massage Therapists since 2010.
